In order to cook some delicious minipizzas, all you need is some patience and the following ingredients:  MINIPIZZAS FOR 4-5 PEOPLE For the dough:  -250 ml of warm water (it helps activate the yeast, along with the sugar) -A spoon of Active Dry Yeast -5g of sugar -1+1/2 spoon of olive oil  -500 g of flour  -5g of salt For building  up the minipizzas:  -Grated cheese (you can buy a bag at the supermarket, or just take any cheese and grate it by yourself with the aid of a hand grater).  -Tomato sauce -Any toppings you like (pepperoni, salami, bacon, tuna, mushrooms, some chopped olives...).  -A bit of oregano (it gives a really nice touch) You can make the dough by hand, but instead I used a bread machi
